The HALIFAX15 promotional offer (“Promotion”) is provided by Butler Scaffolding & Rentool and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
This Promotion is valid from the date of publication through 11:59 p.m. Atlantic Time on October 30, 2026. Butler Scaffolding & Rentool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Rental Commencement During Promotion Period
To qualify for the Promotion, the rental agreement must be created during the Promotion Period. Eligible rental agreements initiated during the Promotion Period shall remain eligible for the promotional discount regardless of whether the rental equipment is returned after the expiration of the Promotion Period.
3. Cycle Billing and Ongoing Rentals
For rental agreements that qualify for the Promotion and are subject to periodic or cycle billing, the promotional discount shall continue to apply to eligible rental charges for the duration of that rental agreement until the contract is closed, terminated, or otherwise concluded. The discount shall not apply to non-rental charges, fees, taxes, damages, replacement costs, or any other excluded charges set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion applies to new rental agreements only and is not valid on previously completed, existing, or retroactively modified rental agreements.
5. Minimum Rental Requirement
A minimum rental value of CAD $200.00, before applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges, is required to qualify for the Promotion.
6. Eligible Equipment
The Promotion applies exclusively to the rental charges of eligible scaffolding and rental equipment designated by Butler Scaffolding & Rentool.
7. Exclusions
The Promotion does not apply to:
• Delivery, pickup, freight, or transportation charges;
• Mileage or travel charges;
• Fuel charges;
• Cleaning or service fees;
• Damage waivers or insurance charges;
• Sales of merchandise, retail products, consumables, or expendable materials, including but not limited to sandpaper, abrasives, drill bits, saw blades, nails, screws, fasteners, adhesives, tapes, cutting discs, grinding wheels, batteries, fuel, lubricants, or similar products;
• Deposits or security deposits;
• Taxes or government-imposed fees.
8. Damage, Loss and Additional Charges
The Promotion shall not apply to charges arising from damaged, lost, stolen, destroyed, or unreturned equipment, late return fees, repair costs, replacement costs, administrative charges, or any other amounts payable under the rental agreement.
9. Promotion Code
To receive the discount, customers must present or quote the promotional code HALIFAX15 at the time the rental agreement is created. Discounts cannot be applied after a rental agreement has been finalized or invoiced.
10. Combination with Existing Account Discounts
The Promotion may be combined with existing customer account discounts, contractor pricing, preferred customer pricing, or other pre-approved pricing arrangements maintained by Butler Scaffolding & Rentool, provided that the total combined discount applied to eligible rental charges shall not exceed twenty percent (20%).
For example:
• A customer receiving a ten percent (10%) account discount may receive an additional ten percent (10%) promotional discount for a total discount of twenty percent (20%).
• A customer receiving a five percent (5%) account discount may receive the full fifteen percent (15%) promotional discount for a total discount of twenty percent (20%).
• A customer already receiving a twenty percent (20%) or greater discount is not eligible for any additional discount under this Promotion.
The Promotion may not be combined with any other coupon, promotional code, special promotion, volume discount, or temporary offer that would result in a total discount exceeding twenty percent (20%), unless expressly authorized in writing by Butler Scaffolding & Rentool.
11. Availability
rentals are subject to equipment availability. Butler Scaffolding & Rentool does not guarantee the availability of any specific equipment during the Promotion period.
12. No Cash Value
The Promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or credit, and may not be substituted for any other offer.
13. Reservation of Rights
Butler Scaffolding & Rentool reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke the Promotion in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, pricing errors, system errors, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Governing Agreement
All rentals remain subject to Butler Scaffolding & Rentool’s Standard Rental Agreement, Rental Policies, and Terms and Conditions, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this Promotion.
15. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this Promotion constitutes the customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
